Mutual Friend is a portal for Broadway producers and investors that provides document sharing, cap table visibility, financial tracking, pipeline management, and related collaboration tools. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
